In the organizer's words:

"Is this art or can it go?", this phrase usually refers to the handling of modern art, such as Joseph Beuys' fat corner, which was removed by the janitor of the Düsseldorf Art Academy during cleaning. Production or can it go? explores the boundaries between art and junk in the context of political propaganda. The starting point of the project is the personal experience of two performers who have worked on projects in Russia and Uganda that can be described as propaganda from today's perspective.
