Offene Ideen-Werkstatt: Gestochen scharfe Kupferstiche

Workshop in cooperation with the youth art school Siegen-Wittgenstein e.V.

The Siegerland Museum has one of the most important collections of all of Rubens' copperplate engravings, and many more besides.

We want to produce and print our own fantastic engravings, as in the Rubens workshop, with ourselves as portraits as in the Oranier Room, or with mythological stories as in the Rubens Room. And in several copies at once.

This event is supported by the Förderverein des Siegerlandmuseums e.V. and the Inner Wheel Club Siegen.

About the Open Ideas Workshop:
The "Open Ideas Workshop" is a cooperation project between the Siegerland Museum and the Siegen-Wittgenstein Youth Art School. On the second Saturday of every month from 1.30 p.m. to 4 p.m., all those interested can look forward to great offers in the newly set up Ideas Workshop in the Siegerland Museum, where you can not only get artistically active, but also discover the respective exhibits in the museum.
