About the play

"Oh my God ...

... I can't do this anymore",

says a desperately depressed celebrity. His last resort: a visit to a psychologist. His choice falls on Ela. A 42-year-old single mother and psychologist in private practice. She is initially not
but then allows the stranger to talk her into a one-hour session on the same day. What happens to Ela during this hour and what it has to do with the end of humanity can only be found out in person during a visit to the theater.

Anat Gov is one of Israel's most important authors and her plays have enjoyed great national and international success. "Oh
my God!" (premiered in Tel Aviv in 2008) was voted one of the "120 best contemporary European Plays for the stage" by the European Theatre Convention in 2010 and has already been translated into English, French and Italian. Anat Gov died of cancer in December 2012 at the age of 58.
