2023 marked the 40th anniversary of the release of their biggest success "The Mating Sounds of South American Frogs".
With this album, the Test Tube Babies started their global success and were responsible for the soundtrack of the youth of countless punks.
No party, no canned beer, no outing was complete without the songs from "South American Frogs".

After 2023, the annual Christmas tour in German December, the tradition that the Test Tubes had followed for over three decades, was to come to an end.
The ravages of time had taken their toll on the band and they wanted to limit themselves to individual shows and festivals, but no longer go on a continuous tour.

And now they've announced the biggest punk rock comeback of all time.
But why - why the change of heart?
Countless fans have given Peter and his Retort Babies a hard time. The tenor:
"You can't do this to us"!

Aware of his responsibility, Peter has once again agreed to spend December on the stages of the best German clubs so as not to incur the wrath of the universe.
