Back live in Germany for the first time in ten years: Patrick Duff, former frontman of Strangelove and one of the UK's most charismatic and fascinating singer-songwriters, is coming to BRemen, Hamburg and Berlin with his new album ANOTHER WORD FOR ROSE.

Once discovered as a street musician, he became the frontman of the legendary indie rock band Strangelove and remains dedicated to music as a unique solo artist to this day. His songs sound natural, as if they have always existed and have just been plucked effortlessly from the ether.

This timeless quality can be heard on all five solo albums Duff has released to date. Creatively, he has explored different genres and styles, but has always remained true to his muse.

All his music bears the unmistakable signature of Patrick Duff. It is full of stories, poetry and melancholy. Duff himself describes his art with a smile as "love songs to a world that has completely broken my heart."

The long-awaited new album ANOTHER WORD FOR ROSE will be released on November 1, 2024. An album that is like looking through a window at the inner landscapes of a person that normally remain hidden.
