American, Irish, Scottish & English folk, blues, bluegrass, country, 60's & 70's songs - singer and guitar artist Paul Stowe from the USA can call a considerable variety of styles his own. He packs his encounters with so many musical styles into his solo program, which he presents with a great deal of charm, audience appeal, ease and American slapstick humour. As an expert in various acoustic guitar techniques such as flat-picking, finger-picking and bottleneck guitar, he shines with his excellent guitar accompaniment. Complemented by well-placed solos, he creates well-rounded arrangements that support his voice with great feeling and originality. Whether covers from the folk-rock era of the 60s and 70s, Mississippi Delta blues on the bottleneck guitar, Irish folk songs, dance tunes or his own compositions - Paul Stowe is a musician who unites these different styles with his guitar and voice in his own unique musical identity.
