We now have an awareness team because it enables us as a society, culture lovers, music enthusiasts and party people to create spaces in which we treat each other with respect and care. Everyone should be able to feel comfortable in nightlife. We must act consistently against discriminatory behavior such as sexism, racism, homophobia and transphobia.
