In his performance Lutzi Puppe Wutzi,Mikołaj Sobczak takes a look back at the 19th century and resurrects Archduke Ludwig Viktor of Austria, widely known as Luziwuzi, in the form of a life-size puppet. As the younger brother of Emperor Franz Joseph, known as the husband of Empress Sisi, he was an important and popular representative of courtly society until he was banished from the Viennese court due to a scandal surrounding his homosexuality. Based on this, Sobczak and Luziwuzi have a conversation during the performance about being queer in the past and present and discuss whether the Archduke could have had an influence on legal circumstances in his position. The performance is supported by the actor Joscha Baltha.
