... how could it be otherwise, is Germany's most ambitious Maffay tribute band. In an explosive program, Peters Freunde perform Peter Maffay's best-known songs professionally and full of enthusiasm as if they were their own.

Songs such as "Und es war Sommer", "So bist du", Samstag Abend in unserer Straße", "Eiszeit", "Nessaja", Sonne in der Nacht" and many more are presented with great passion and a good dose of rock'n'roll. Matthias Monka, singer and frontman of the band, has performed on stage with the master himself several times and wrote the lyrics to the songs "Ruhe vor dem Sturm" and "Weck mich bloß nicht auf" for Maffay.

The band's live shows are definitely not to be missed.
