Premiere Mefistofele

In the organizer's words:

Do people need redemption? The spheres in the sound space of the opera "Mefistofele" take on a haunting form between heavenly choirs of angels with a radiant brass aureole and a hellish cauldron of witches with the ringing of bells. For centuries, the Faust material has been adapted in all the arts and explores the question of the tense relationship between ideas of God, the devil, man and woman that dominate the world. Who seduces whom into what, and how can redemption be achieved?
