Pooh the Bear lives in the Hundred Acre Wood under the name Sanders. But what would Pooh be without Christopher Robin? And what would Christopher Robin be without Pooh? The pair are certainly neither the fastest nor the bravest - but they both have their hearts in the right place. Together with Piglet, the donkey I-Ah, Rabbit and Rabbit's fifteen relatives, they experience all kinds of adventures, often involving the procurement of honey. Because for a good life, Pu (apart from Christopher Robin, of course) needs one thing: honey.

The famous imaginative stories about friendship and familiarity have been delighting children and adults alike for almost a hundred years. Alan Alexander Milne wrote the first book of "Winnie-the-Pooh" in 1926 for his son Christopher Robin and created a classic of children's literature with the stories about Pooh the Bear. Now Marion Schneider-Bast and Alice Feucht have created a special and characteristic version typical of Milne for the Tonne using their own translation.
