The first day of the symposium will conclude with works by Sascha Lino Lemke (aKKORDeONoff. interpreted by Bernhard Fograscher), alongside a performance by the MHLInstrument BuildersEnsemble (under the direction of Nicola Hein), as well as pieces by students from the Lübeck University of Music, including Goeun Kim and Ilia Viazov.

The SINNE | SINN symposium series will continue at the Muthesius Academy of Fine Arts and Design Kiel on November 8 and 9, 2024. This year's edition is dedicated to the theme of "Space | Music". Space, an often unconscious but ever-present dimension of music, is the place where the body experiences, feels and perceives music. Since the 20th century in particular, this dimension has become increasingly important and space itself has become an artistic material in its own right. A variety of lectures and concerts will focus on precisely this exploration. Organized by the Muthesius Academy of Fine Arts and Design Kiel and in cooperation with chiffren. Forum für zeitgenössische Musik e. V., the Musicology Institute of the Christian-Albrechts-Universität zu Kiel and the Musikhochschule Lübeck, the symposium will be an interdisciplinary forum for music lovers, academics and interested parties.
