We - that's Eugenia from lit.liebe & Leni from DUS IST LIEBE - bring book lovers together to read and talk about their favorite literature in a relaxed atmosphere. Every month we meet in a new, great café in Düsseldorf - this is how we combine our love for exciting books with the diverse café culture of our beautiful city! ☕✨

What to expect at the first Read & Yap:

📖 Reading together: Whether you're a bookworm or just curious - here you'll get to know new people, book tips and cafés.

📖 Ice Breaker Questions: In groups of two, you'll each be asked three questions about books to get the conversation started. For example: Which book could you not put down recently? or Which book would you really recommend to anyone?

📖 Book swap: Bring a book to swap! This not only creates exciting conversations, but also new reading experiences. Everyone can add a note with personal questions about the book to encourage the exchange.

📖 D iscover new places: Each meeting takes place in a different café, so we also explore the local café culture and get to know different parts of Düsseldorf. Perfect for anyone who not only loves good books, but is also looking for new cozy places to read and hang out!
