Dark Star Backyard – Recital

On December 11 from 7-9 pm we cordially invite you to the: DARK STAR BACKYARD Recital - a musical tour by Anys Reimann in cooperation with CALLSHOP RADIO!

"The work show Dark Star Backyard not only includes physical works from the last 10 years - its lyrical content, backgrounds and ethereal manifestation are joined by a spherical, musical level. This connects the respective narrative and its codes like an invisible membrane, accompanying it like a 'score'. This opens up a further expression. For the viewer as well as for me.
The inspirational titles of these cross-genre and cross-style playlists were also used for the chapter headings in my book BODY OF MEANING_layers of a colored corporeality (2022). DARK STAR BACKYARD_Recital presents a selection, as well as the DARK STAR BACKYARD exhibition itself, from this audio collection.
In the exhibition publication on DARK STAR BACKYARD, which will be published in January, the playlist will be explained in more detail thematically and can be found with a linked code."

The musical tour will last about an hour, after which the artist will be happy to invite you to a relaxed conversation. We will end the evening in the Schleuse Zwei music bar. If you can't be there in person, you're in luck: the recital will be broadcast live on Callshop Radio and can be streamed afterwards.
