from 7 p.m. to 9 p.m., whereby... the end of the concert is largely determined by the audience (i.e. you)!

Lively, contemporary, traditional music from Scotland and Ireland.

Songs, ballads and dances full of joie de vivre, whimsical stories, happiness and misfortune and a great deal of humor have always been part of Scottish and Irish traditional music. The program of Scottish singer Joanna Scott Douglas and her guitarist Jan Jedding follows this tradition.
The two musicians know how to animate their audience to sing and dance along. Suddenly you imagine yourself on a short trip to Edinburgh or Galway lasting several hours.
Joanna Scott Douglas and Jan Jedding have gained a wealth of stage experience at concerts in Germany, England, Scotland and Ireland with various folk bands.

Their first CD "Both Sides" was released on February 1, 2017. With their debut album, the two musicians celebrate their music - their beloved Scottish and Irish songs. They are supported by renowned names such as Sandy Brechin (accordion), Ian Melrose (low whistle), Ralph Gauck (bass), Wendy Weatherby (cello), Gregor Borland (fiddle) and Norbert Wehde (Highland bagpipes, bouzouki, whistle, vocals)

All concerts are hat concerts, which means that YOU as a guest decide what amount you think is appropriate and put in the hat. There is no rule for this, you alone decide. A little tip: musicians create their works, rehearse and come to us at the venue! Musicians love "spotlights" and any amount is welcome - just like you! We accept cash or EC cash! The amount goes 100% to the musicians on the same evening.
