ROCKENBOLLE - The cowboys from hell have been rocking since 2005

The energetic hard rock band ROCKENBOLLE have been thrilling their fans with a powerful mixture of hard rock with punk influences since 2005. The trio, consisting of Olli (bass/vocals), Krille (guitar/vocals) and Kay (drums), have been playing in their original line-up since the band was founded and have built up a loyal fan base thanks to their dynamic live performances.

Their second album, "Der Teufel spielt den Rock 'N' Roll", earned them second place as "Best Hardrock Band" and "Best Hardrock Album" at the German Rock & Pop Awards in 2020. ROCKENBOLLE regularly play in clubs and at festivals and thrill audiences with their intense stage presence and powerful sound, which bears comparison with legends such as Motörhead and the Ramones.

We are bastard - and we play motörhead!

...Especially the classics from the time when Motörhead suddenly appeared on "Top of the Pops" or at the Funkausstellung. When "No Sleep Til Hammersmith" was brand new on the turntable. But also some of the great classics that came afterwards. No pardon! We've already played a few open air concerts, now it's time to hit the clubs.

Why bastard? After Hawkwind was over for Lemmy, he formed a band with Lucas Fox and Larry Wallis, which was to be called "bastard". The manager told him that a band with that name could never appear on BBC's "Top of the Pops". That was probably not possible in the United Kingdom in 1975. So they called themselves "motörhead" after the last single Lemmy had made with Hawkwind.

"Pedia" have been performing their own songs on German stages since the beginning of 2024. With hard guitar riffs, melodic vocals and pounding drums, they bring a whole lot of energy into the room at their concerts.

With roots in thrash and heavy metal, rock and grunge, punk, NDH and hardcore are also firmly anchored in the minds of these young musicians. Following the release of their first single "Here I Am", they are constantly working on new material that they want to perform on stage.
