The Ron Minis Trio from Tel Aviv is one of the most exciting trios in the jazz world and has already performed at the world's major festivals. The Israeli pianist and guitarist with the distinctive blue beard is a force of nature. His music is full of emotion, seduces with gentle melodies, changes abruptly into hammering rhythms and often ends in spherical worlds of sound without ever losing the enormous arc of tension. And then it happens that he picks up the electric guitar in the middle of the concert or distorts the sound of the grand piano via a second guitar amp. Definitely a concert of a very special kind.
