The Roncalli Christmas Village returns: from November 25 to December 30, the Roncalli market team will once again provide the capital of Lower Saxony with a new kind of winter flair.
Last year, the creative team led by director Bernhard Paul staged the Christmas village in front of the venerable backdrop of the main railway station for the first time in an almost magical way. And that's how it will be again this year. This year, the Christmas village will be opened by members of the Paul family.
A total of around 55 exhibitors offer their lovingly decorated goods in nostalgic huts with a Lower Saxon half-timbered look: Original gift ideas, artisans, some of whom demonstrate their crafts to the public on site and, of course, an extensive and high-quality range of food and drink. The selection is large and varied. Take a ride on the historic Ferris wheel and look out over the festively decorated Hanover or the twinkling lights in the Roncalli Christmas Village. When a very special Christmas story is told on the historic façade of the main railway station, young and old can enjoy the festive atmosphere.
