Rossini: Petite Messe Solennelle

The Petite Messe Solennelle was created by the opera master Gioachino Rossini. Alongside the Stabat Mater, it is one of the most beautiful works of sacred music from Rossini's later years and offers beautiful sacred music in which the opera can be heard everywhere. In today's concert, it will be performed in the original version with piano and harmonium.
