You will learn all about the different roasting techniques and how they affect the taste of the coffee. We will explain how to adjust the degree of roasting to the specific characteristics of the beans and thus exploit the full aroma potential.

After the theoretical part, you will have ample opportunity to put your knowledge into practice. Under the guidance of our experienced master roasters, you can try out different roasting profiles yourself. You will learn to recognize and control the subtle differences in the roasting process to achieve the perfect taste.
