Acid Tongue is an American garage band that is heavily influenced by classic soul, punk and psychedelic rock. Founded in 2015 in a damp basement in Seattle, the band went on tour almost immediately after forming and played all over the USA and Europe. Firstly, being on tour is hotter than their dank basement in Seattle and secondly, they use the numerous gigs and time spent touring to hone their unique rock & roll style. Founded by singer and songwriter Guy Keltner, the band includes touring and studio musicians scattered between Paris, New York, London, Mexico City and Los Angeles. The band therefore has a constantly growing, rotating line-up.

In 2015, Acid Tongue founded their own label, Freakout Records, and in 2017 the band released their debut album, "BABIES". The album is a soulful, dreamy and heartfelt take on modern psychedelia. Their second album, 2020's BULLIES, expanded on the themes of their debut and solidified the band as fairly unique purveyors of garage rock in the Pacific Northwest. For their third studio album, ARBORETUM, the band recruited some veterans of the psychedelic rock scene for production, which led to fruitful collaborations with artists such as Death Valley Girls, Naked Giants and Canadian singer Calvin Love.

Acid Tongue's fourth album, Acid on the Dance Floor, due out April 12th on Le Cèpe Records (Paris), showcases their now signature sound and a back-to-basics approach to rock music. Recorded in Venice Beach with Josh Landau (The Shrine, Stolen Nova) and Alex Arias (The Mowgli's, Meatloaf), the album incorporates elements of psychedelia, glam and post-punk. It's a loud, funky and chaotic acid trip that redefines the "Seattle Sound".
