Ruby Tuesday | KETTENFETT

In 2015, lonely Mörtel meets Mausi, who is strumming songs on his guitar at a party. Mörtel falls in love lyrically and provokes a first musical compote together. Mörtel (drums) and Mausi (vocals/guitars) have been firing off a brightly colored shrapnel of rock n' roll, punk and stoner rock since 2016. The songs are a reckoning with dull conformism, but also a borderline exploration of the abysses of the human psyche. All in German, with lots of blues and tinsel. A four-song demo is released in the same year. In 2019, Kettenfett released their debut LP "Raumpatrouille Kettenfett" via Rockers Records
A second album is released during the COVID pandemic. "Nebel aus Blei", released via Tape or Die Records, exclusively on cassette.
After the worldwide forced break, Mörtel and Mausi step on the gas again, with new songs and a new record in mind. 2024 sees the release of the brand new EP "Friss und Kauf", which of course also finds its way into the high-energy live set.
