Have you heard of Schirrmann's? You'll find the new Bremen restaurant in Bremen Youth Hostel - in a prime location on the Weser and in the heart of the city. This is where the world meets! This also applies from a culinary point of view: the kitchen serves you an exciting crossover of "international" and "regional". Be sure to try it out!

It's these old hits that still get every party and every concert hall going.
At the latest when "Marmor, Stein und Eisen bricht" is intoned, there is no holding back.
Peter Maiwald no longer knows exactly how many years he has been playing his acoustic hit revue. It's been decades - and the audience is completely captivated.
One man, his voice, his guitar and a lot of passion for a musical genre that is quite wrongly only played as a niche program by radio stations.

From August 11, 2024, we will be offering you a special opportunity every second Sunday: at "Schirrmann's Lunch & Music".
You can expect not only delicacies à la carte, our varied buffet, coffee specialties, tea and pastries with a view of the Weser, but also live music from musicians from Bremen and the surrounding area, which will round off the afternoon perfectly from 1 p.m. to 3.30 p.m. We look forward to seeing you!
