Schöne wilde Weihnacht mit dem Schauspieler Oluver Peuker

It's cold, the days are short, it gets dark early ... just the right time to sit down in a warm room, let your mind wander and listen to stories!

This year, actor Oliver Peuker from the Cosmos Factory theater production has put together a really wild mix of Christmas stories and poems. The literary foray takes us to England, the USA, Berlin and also to the Weser in Bremen. Christmas stories by Dorothy L. Sayers, Jack Kerouac and Paula Modersohn-Becker meet Christmas poems by Joachim Ringelnatz.
At the center of the reading, however, is the fairy tale "Star Child" by Oscar Wilde. It takes us into a winter forest with talking animals and devious magicians. Vanity, betrayal and danger lurk everywhere, but miracles also happen to the compassionate... The Irish author Oscar Wilde is a great storyteller and enchants us with his graceful and richly pictorial language!

Oliver Peuker has been working as an actor, director and narrator for many years. In addition to appearances at theater festivals in Germany and abroad, he has appeared as an actor in film, television and theater productions. As a founding member of the Cosmos Factory, Oliver Peuker has been significantly involved in all of the theater's productions since 1999 as a director, producer and usually also as an actor. The Cosmos Factory became nationally known through the open-air productions for the theater summer at the Barkenhoff Worpswede - such as "Heinrich Eduardowitsch-Archaeology of a Dream" and "Paula & Frida. The production of Niedersachsenstein on the Weyerberg in Worpswede also caused quite a stir. Oliver Peuker has also been touring northern Germany for many years with his reading programs (including Edgar Allan Poe, Rainer Maria Rilke and Joachim Ringelnatz).
