In the organizer's words:

With vivid, funny and informative insights into their various research projects on the topic of artificial intelligence, three scientists will be competing against each other at the "Science Slam in the Universe" on Wednesday, September 18 at 6.30 pm. For example, how does AI help to research the learning behavior of lemurs? And how error-prone are autonomous vehicles? After each 10-minute presentation, the audience will vote on how they liked the content and performance and decide who wins the slam! The evening is organized by Universum Bremen together with scienceslam.de.

Admission is 8 euros and, in addition to the science slam, includes a visit to the current special exhibition "AI, What's happening?" at Universum Bremen from 4.30 pm to 6 pm. Here you can experience at first hand how artificial intelligence is changing our lives. At more than 50 hands-on stations, you can test AI applications, learn about technical terms such as deep learning or neural networks and discuss ethical questions: Would I want to be friends with an AI? Would robots be better teachers?
