Frederick, the popular pig from the children's books by Elke Loewe (Rowohlt Verlag and Ravensburger), who cheerfully explains the world to his little brother Piggeldy. From November 30, you can experience the two of them on several weekends in a play with experiments in the universe and learn in a surprisingly concrete way what is actually behind the concept of science. Right at the beginning, Frederick impresses his audience with a brilliant explosion, prompting Piggeldy to say enthusiastically that science is always banging, stinking and smoking. But is that really the case? With experiments that are as simple as they are impressive, Piggeldy and Frederick take interested people from the age of four into the world of science and create new, funny mnemonics that are guaranteed to stick in the memory.
The half-hour play was developed by Universum together with Alte Liebe Produktionen and directed by Carsten Werner, with Ramona Suresh and Denis Fischer on stage.
