The workshop invites you to experience dance as a conscious form of expression for feelings and emotions. In a society in which social and individual issues are often dealt with primarily through language, this workshop offers a space to engage on a physical level. Through dance and movement, the opportunity is created to meet each other both alone and together with others, to experience your own body and to give it space. Feel your body with the music, the movements and the people. Let's dance!
