SELFIES EINER UTOPIE

A theater text. Three actors reading this text on stage for the first time. And a director who sits in the audience and gives live stage directions. You can experience all this and much more at SELFIES EINER UTOPIE, the new theater series by author and director Nicola Bremer at Schauspiel Köln. Look forward to improv theater 2.0 and an evening full of playfulness, humor and spontaneity.

Each episode stands on its own and deals with a topic for which Nicola Bremer writes a brand new text, which three players from the ensemble get to see for the first time on stage at Depot 2. And as if that wasn't challenging enough, the director tirelessly gives them stage directions from the audience by holding up signs. The stage becomes an anarchic experimental space in which current political references, pop culture, the wildest costumes and the joy of nonsense collide. At the same time, it's a great opportunity to get to know the new and old ensemble better and experience a really good evening!
