Come by bike, dress up in lights and get ready for the 20th edition of the cinematic bike tour through Cologne's neighborhoods! With projectors and sound systems in tow, we'll be transforming empty facades and walls into screens, backyards into movie theaters and screening a selection of short films in the spaces of Cologne's young and independent cultural scene. Shorts on Wheels brings bicycle culture and the film scene together in a unique way and invites you to discover new places in the city.
