Priority & guaranteed admission with a pre-sale ticket is only available from 9 pm to 10 pm. Therefore, please arrive early and have your tickets ready. After 10 p.m. the tickets remain valid, but there is no prioritized admission and there may be waiting times and possibly an admission stop if it is full.
We also reserve the right to refuse entry to people who are too drunk and/or aggressive.
