Solidarisches Europa - nicht ohne Popkultur? @Chance Festival

As part of the 4th edition of the Chance Festival in the idyllic Düsseldorf Hofgarten, the Franco-German television channel Arte will present our second panel on September 7 at 5:50 pm on the Dialogue Stage in front of the Theatermuseum auf der Wiese.

Europe is facing many challenges, from economic crises to social inequality. In this panel, we will analyze the importance of pop culture as a unifying element for a Europe based on solidarity. How does pop culture contribute to European identity? Can it help to build bridges between different cultures and societies? Experts from different areas of pop culture and politics will discuss the role of pop culture in a united and united Europe.
