Would you like to detach yourself from all external demands, feel yourself and move gently in order to become completely sound?
Then come to Soma & Sound:
The concept: There is a vital, organizing force at work in all of us, an intelligence that is greater than our mind.
We work with this in this experimental session.
First, we gently prepare the mind and body with breathing practice and soma (=body) exercises for fascia relaxation. Then we integrate the new permeability and let ourselves be "flushed through" in a 45-minute sound bath.
Who is it suitable for?
Soma&Sound sessions are suitable for anyone aged 6 and over in almost any condition (you should be able to lie still for longer).
Even if you may not be able or like to do all the body exercises, we provide alternatives and encourage you to 'do your own thing'.
What do I need?
You should come in comfortable clothes. Bring your yoga mat or a blanket and something warm for relaxation (socks, cardigan / hoodie). Also bring a bottle of still water to drink.
