For more than 25 years, strolling through the flea market has been a Sunday leisure activity for many Bremen residents. However, the actual catchment area has expanded far beyond the city limits during this time. Even visitors and traders from Holland, the Ruhr region or Schleswig-Holstein do not shy away from the long journey to Bremen's Sunday flea market on the Bürgerweide.

If the weather forecast is bad and in winter, the flea market moves from the Bürgerweide to the protective roof of the Hansa-Carré. Every Saturday from 12 noon, interested parties can find out where the flea market is taking place at www.breminale.de.
