In the organizer's words:
Katharina Beisiegel invites you on a trip to the highest city in Europe. She talks about the special task of managing a museum dedicated entirely to the work of Ernst Ludwig Kirchner. She will provide insights into the challenges and opportunities involved in running a monographic museum dedicated to an Expressionist.
You can look forward to a lecture on modernist painting in a high alpine setting where, almost uniquely, the works of art can be seen in the place where they were created.
