"Soon we'll be leaving here. Soon I will buy a new camera. Soon we'll be making a movie. Soon we'll be incredibly famous with it. Soon you will leave me." Soon. Soon.
How often do such or similar sentences populate our present, our possible future? On the one hand, we are building on this "SOON", building on something we long for. On the other hand, we make ourselves dependent on it - on things, on people, on expectations.
In "SOON WE'LL MAKE LOTS OF LOVE", Israeli choreographer Dafi Altabeb explores this familiar ambivalence of our longings. On a very simple stage - a wall and a chair - the dancers Sofiia Stasiv and Denis Cvetković create an exuberant cosmos of possibility and reality from their personal dreams, their hopes and their friendship.
