Sport im Park I Münster, beweg dich!

The summer holiday programme "Sport in the Park" in Münster organized by Stadtsportbund Münster is taking place again this year - you can find all the information here. The whole thing takes place outside and without admission, registration is required.

This year from July 8, 2024

Summer vacation time is sport in the park time. For the sixth time in a row, the Stadtsportbund Münster is organizing a varied program together with the Sports Office, the Office for Green Spaces, Environment and Sustainability of the City of Münster, Sparkasse Münsterland Ost and the health insurance company AOK.

From July 8, 2024, this will offer interested parties exercise and sport outdoors and in unusual places in Münster. The best thing about it: the courses under expert guidance are free of charge.

As in previous years, the sixth edition of the program will offer a wide range of courses against the wonderful backdrop of the Aasee meadows at the Wewerka Pavilion, Wienburgpark and the "Grüner Finger" in Gievenbeck. This year, there will also be other outdoor activities on the meadow next to the SSB office on Mauritz-Lindenweg as well as at other locations in the city districts.

Always at hand - the complete program and up-to-date information via the Sport im Park app

To make the varied program easily accessible, there is the specially developed and free "Sport in the Park - MS" app. It can be used as a browser-based web version on your home computer or downloaded free of charge and conveniently for mobile devices (Android and iOS).

The app always provides a comprehensive and up-to-date overview of the entire range of courses offered by Sport im Park and, for the first time, the municipal sports badge meeting points. Registered users can register for the desired courses directly via the app and secure the coveted places. The booked courses can then be filtered and displayed by location or date. They also receive updates and last-minute changes via push notification or by email directly from the course leader.

For organizational reasons, participation in the courses is limited. Registration is strongly recommended and enables the course leader to prepare better.
