After SPRINTS confirmed two tour dates in Germany for the fall at the beginning of May, all fans from the north who missed the band at the Hurricane Festival or simply can't get enough of them can now look forward to them: There will be a show at Hamburg's Knust on December 10 as the tour finale. Tickets are available now.
SPRINTS' captivating journey began in 2019 at a memorable Savages concert. Vocalist Karla Chubb, guitarist Colm O'Reilly, bassist Sam McCann and drummer Jack Callan were so inspired by the honesty of the music that they came together as a band and the Irish post-punk band have barely paused for breath since.
In January of this year, SPRINTS' long-awaited debut album arrived: "Letter To Self" took the band's writing to a new level of communal healing through music, generating consistently positive reviews. That they are also a legendary live band is no longer a secret, at least since their completely sold-out European tour in February. The unmistakable energy on stage, characterized by intense passion and sometimes untamed rage, captivates everyone in the audience - whether in the middle of the mosh pit, at the back or at the sides.
In the summer, they will be playing several major international festivals, including Hurricane and the Southside Festival, before coming back to Germany for three exclusive headline shows at the end of the year. Nobody should miss this chance to see SPRINTS live!
