In the organizer's words:
In "sur-facing", twelve performers experiment and explore spaces on Ebertplatz. Dance interventions appear and disappear again, sometimes interweaving with the site, sometimes contrasting with it. As the audience moves through this changing landscape or lingers in it, they discover constellations - bodies that move on, with and in the structures and create new connections.
The performers from different backgrounds, with and without disabilities, aged between 21 and 84, enter into a dance dialog between structure and body, people and space.
