The jogging pants musical

Comfortable, inexpensive, unisex - there's a lot to be said for jogging bottoms, but they're not popular everywhere. Who actually decides which clothes are suitable for which occasion? SWEATS is about what style has to do with inequality of education and opportunity, about Adidas and the class issue and about KIK and the German etiquette society.
