Talking Modern Dance Crew: LOVE and HOPE

In the organizer's words:

With "LOVE and HOPE", TMDC dedicates an entire evening of dance to two central human motivational forces. Each of the expressive short pieces explores different facets of "love" and "hope".

Love can give unbridled strength, complete bliss and fulfillment. However, love also turns us into servants of our feelings, into people who act irrationally and can end in both deep sadness and heinous acts.

Hope gives us the strength to go on, to create new courage to face life and to keep on striving, even when a path seems hopeless. The "principle of hope" can lead us astray and motivate us to continue pursuing relationships, no matter how muddled they may seem. Hope nourishes our belief that something is not yet over, that it will continue somewhere. Perhaps in the hereafter?

TMDC has set itself the task of speaking to the audience through dance itself. The language of movement reflects emotions and tells stories. Experience a captivating contemporary dance evening in which the fascination of modern dance is made tangible for all audience members.
