They are among the pioneers of the tango revival in the 1990s: Carlos Quilici founded his quintet in Rosario, Argentina, in 1995. A pioneering formation that creates its own compositions and interprets the tangos of great composers in its own style. Tradition and avant-garde in perfect balance: respect for the tango tradition, enriched by contemporary melodic, harmonic and rhythmic means.

To celebrate its 30th anniversary, the quintet is recording a new album with a partly renewed line-up and is going on a European tour - with a stop at Keuning.haus, of course. The ensemble's sound is characterized by passion and expressiveness, and the repertoire of their milongas is danceable throughout. So put on your dancing shoes: It takes two to tango!
