In the organizer's words:

In this workshop, the name says it all!

Tantra is a very broad field, an ancient teaching and at the same time an approach to life and spiritual practice.

Part 1 On the first day, we want to get a little insight - a taste - of the subject. The best way to do this is through direct experience. With a mixture of lively inputs and gentle exercises - alone and in encounter - some basic principles of the tantric worldview can be experienced directly. The main aim is to sharpen our awareness of the pure and subtle energies of the sexual and heart chakras, to refine and direct them. Techniques are taught that can be deepened in private for tantric lovemaking.

Part 2 On the second day, we immerse ourselves more intimately and intensively in the practice. In a safe space, we are allowed to drop our shells, play with polarities, strengthen our sensual-sexual energy and the capacity to experience it. Our own boundaries will be addressed and always respected, but this day offers the chance to possibly have completely new experiences with nudity, showing ourselves, loving touch, breathing and encounters. As always in the tradition of Kashmiri Shivaism, opening the heart plays a central role here too, so that there is a safe space for individual processes.

Even though encounters and the other person play an important role on both days, it is primarily about the individual process - which is why it doesn't matter whether you want to take part as a single person or together with your partner. We aim for a balanced gender ratio of participants.

It will be deep, exuberant, contemplative, juicy, loving and lively. Whether you are already experienced or are completely new to this - everyone is welcome!
