This tasting list is to the world of sparkling wine what the little black dress is to fashion and pasta with tomato sauce is to children's meals. We bring you four sparkling classics - everything except champagne - because it's not that classic after all. Paired with a few snacks, we will of course tell you everything you want to know about sparkling wine.
