The Fall Guy

In the organizer's words:

Stuntman Colt Seavers, who has worked countless jobs, had actually retired from active service a year earlier to recover physically and mentally from his back-breaking job. But then Tom Ryder, star of a multi-million dollar film project, disappears without a trace.
Colt's ex Jody Moreno is directing the movie - and before he knows it, Colt is back on the job. While the film's hard-nosed producer tries to keep her star's disappearance a secret from the studio and the media, Colt takes over the hair-raising stunts and tries, more or less successfully, to win back Jody's favor.
But the secrets surrounding the missing star soon become more and more mysterious, and Colt finds himself embroiled in a sinister conspiracy that is more dangerous than any stunt ...
