Theaterhaus+PLUS presents its latest production Risse - Blick hinter die Fassade! a dance theater piece that was developed in close collaboration with 24 young people from the Stuttgart region. In an intensive five-month process, they explored their own secrets, plans and ideas under the guidance of experienced theater and dance teachers and created a rousing stage production.

A seemingly perfect community, a new way of thinking, everyone happy - but what secrets are hidden behind the façade?

This parallel society is an event with a select guest list. A room defined by closed doors and privacy screens on the windows. The outside asks itself: What happens in this isolated community? What forces can emerge in secret and what happens when cracks appear in our society as a result?

THEATERHAUS+PLUS stands for the creative participation of young people in dance and theater projects at Theaterhaus Stuttgart. For over 10 years, participatory plays have been created under this label that deal with the reality of our young participants' lives. We offer targeted and continuous projects at secondary schools to encourage students to participate in extracurricular projects and to engage with dance and theater in their free time in the long term.

Risse - Blick hinter die Fassade! invites you to explore the gap between appearance and reality and to uncover the truth behind the façade. A gripping play about the power of the hidden - and the explosive force of its revelations.
