The uniform is on, the shoes are polished and all the rules are memorized, Hotelpage Rabbit Bellhop is ready. But the first day at work turns out completely differently than expected. The hotel manager unexpectedly leaves the hotel and gives Bellhop his job. The reason for the boss's hasty departure is the imminent arrival of a special guest: the fearsome, grumpy bear has reserved the entire hotel for himself to spend his hibernation in absolute silence. He has a hen's egg in his luggage, which is to be hatched so that he can have breakfast after hibernation. However, it's not just the bear who is after the soon-to-be-hatched chick ... When a shady trio of raccoons take up residence in the hotel, the chaos is perfect. How will Bellhop manage to find the now lost chick, tame the raccoons and not disturb the bear's sleep?
