Torpedo Christmas Show

In the organizer's words:

After the extremely successful and completely sold-out concert by TORPEDO 2 & Friends at the beginning of this year, the audience can experience the successful concept once again towards the end of the year with a 5-piece band just before Christmas; this time with a "50s American Christmas Show".

Tochi and Pedro Torpedo still have the wonderful 50s Christmas hits by Elvis, Presley, Dean Martin, Frank, Sinatra, Nat King Cole and Johnny Cash in their home record cupboards. Songs by Chris Isaak, Shakin' Stevens or Brian Setzer are also part of the Christmas repertoire. The main thing is lots of rock & roll, some swing and a pinch of country.

Shortly before Christmas, on December 3, 2024, Karsten Köhler and his partner, the double bass player Tochi Torpedo, will bring the Christmas spirit of the American 50s back to life in the Theaterstübchen. The duo has once again invited companions with whom they share the joy of this music.

The mixture of swing, folk and South American music, which was already well received on 25.01.2024, will be experienced again in a very similar way, because it won't be quite so Christmassy. The original rock & roll and swinging Latino rhythms that we are used to from TORPEDO 2 will also be present at this concert.

The musicians Karsten Engel and Frank Pecher have already confirmed their participation. The 2 Torpedos are still negotiating with other guests at the beginning of the year. Let us surprise you.
