November 2023 - Traditional goose dinner at the steel mill

For many years, Stahlwerk has been inviting guests to the traditional goose dinner at the event location on Ronsdorfer Straße 134, which is popular far beyond the city limits.

In fact, in 2023 we are already counting the ninth edition of this enjoyable culinary event.

According to - of course - traditional recipe, the experienced chefs provide great goose enjoyment also in November 2023. And in combination with attentive service and the well-known attractive ambience, you can expect an overall unforgettable event.

On this special evening, goose breast or leg and any number of side dishes consisting of red cabbage, Brussels sprouts, dumplings, cranberries, goose sauce and goose fat can be selected as desired. Alternatively, sauerbraten or a vegetarian dish, in the form of napkin dumpling in a creamy mushroom sauce with spring onions, is also available. A dessert rounds off the unique goose dinner. Of course, we offer complementary high-quality wines, delicious beer and cool soft drinks, as well as aromatic coffee.

Doors open at 6:00 pm. Depending on reservations, we will be dishing up at the following times: 7:00pm and 8:30pm. Please note that we cannot serve food earlier due to preparation time in the kitchen.

We hope that you will come again this year in large numbers and spend with us a cozy as well as culinary high-quality pre-Christmas evening. Or in other words: we are looking forward to seeing you!
