Trak Trak take the listener on a flexible journey through different moods and acoustic landscapes. The sound is always driving and percussive and suitable for warming up the room temperature through sound. Their album Flexible sends the listener with its hypnotic-psychedelic mantras to parties, dance floors, strange dreams and obsessions. It sends them tumbling through a hidden trapdoor or two, only to send them into a circular motion and spit them back out into a vast hilly landscape where they find themselves chanting rituals. Based on the lyrics of singer Romina Schenone from Buenos Aires, the brew is heated in a large cumbia melting pot. In addition to dub, desert rock, funk and psych pop, the pot also contains world beat, exotica and reggaeton as seasoning ingredients.
