Turkish Delight - Begegnungen und Kultur auf dem Kleinen Schlossplatz anlässlich 25 Jahren DTF Stuttgart

meinSchlossplatz transforms the Kleiner Schlossplatz in Stuttgart into a stage for intergenerational encounters, youth culture and good humor. To mark our anniversary, we will be presenting Turkish Delight, i.e. special sweets from our DTF program.

Join in the fun:

• German-Turkish Forum Stuttgart e.V.
  At our stand, reading mentors will read aloud in Turkish, you can make buttons and we will provide information about our youth projects.

• Literally Peace e. V.
  The diverse artists' collective invites you to a creative hands-on activity. It is inspired by the association's newly published German-Arabic anthology "Words of Hope". Look forward to exciting encounters, interactive exercises and the opportunity to share your words of hope with us.

Stage program:

• 7 pm Kara Orman - turkish psychedelic music
  Kara Orman's music was created in the depths of the Black Forest during a Corona-induced jam session and combines funk, electro and rock grooves with Anatolian folk music. Some of their songs are reminiscent of Baba Zula and the psychedelic 1970s, but remain independent and difficult to categorize. With their three-man line-up, they manage to present a versatile repertoire ranging from funky grooves to oriental space rock, reflecting the diversity of Turkish music.

• 9 pm Stur und Dumm feat. Candost Yavaş and Samira Blessing - Orientronica
  The musician trio Stur und Dumm from Stuttgart is known for their unique blend of oriental sounds and electronic music, which they call Orientronica. Supported live by percussion, saxophone and vocals, they combine electronica, techno and rock. Their latest album Rahila demonstrates their ability to combine traditional and modern elements to create a distinctive sound. With their innovative compositions and energetic performances, they have made a name for themselves in the music scene.
